NHS Property Services Limited served notice under Section 25 of The Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 to end our clients business tenancy, and proposing terms for a new lease including an enormous increase in rent.

The case was complicated by the absence of an existing lease and unusual service charge arrangements.

Working along side specialist property lawyers and a barrister, the case took 3 years to conclude.

Following production of our expert report for the County Court, the landlord agents proposed settlement and the outcome was a 51% reduction in their original claim.
